Tokyo's Astonishing Light Show on a Gigantic Water Screen - 16 photos + videos

Odaiba Island (originally artificially built to defend Tokyo from foreign attacks)is the place where fountains arrayed along a beach at Tokyo Bay area create a water screen upon which pictures of sea animals and ocean adventures are projected. This water wonder is performed four times after sunset.

This stunning spectacle of sea life set against the backdrop of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo's skyline is projected on a giant water screen, 15 metres high 40 metres across. Among the many images screened are sharks, whales, sea horses, frolicking dolphins, tropical fish, and the famous maoi figures from Easter Island in the south-eastern Pacific Ocean.
